Now in his sixteenth year as a chartered broker and agency officer (the highest certification in existence), Samuel Valero Sanchez has accompanied hundreds of families on their real estate journey, totaling over 1000 transactions to date. 

Samuel has a degree in management from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business and also studied in New York state before getting his start in advertising and communications in Montreal. After four years as an agency account manager, he officially began real estate in 2006. 

A marathoner and athlete, Samuel's objective is to take a people-centric approach in all real estate transactions. Father of three boys and a Montreal resident since 2001, he has built his clientele, expanded his network and cemented his reputation, yielding an increase in transactions year over year. Pleased that his business has grown organically through his loyal clientele and references, Samuel further credits his technical knowledge in construction and his experience as a negotiator and (occasional) psychologist.
