Frédéric Mainville began his real estate career in 2010, working primarily in Montreal and surrounding areas, such as the North shore (especially Laval). 

In addition to being a real estate broker, Frédéric held an RBQ license as a general contractor for 10+ years and has carried out real estate projects as a builder, promoter and renovator. Drawing on this highly sought-after and rare combination of experience, Fred has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding the ins and outs of properties and their particularities, allowing him to conduct property evaluations with a keen eye.
