Sam was outstanding as our agent in both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our home, and he surpassed all of our expectations. He went above and beyond in every respect regarding our transactions. Sam is not only personable and friendly, but also extremely diligent, detail oriented and responsive. Our condo sale was challenging for many reasons - among which were the fact that we were out of the country for several weeks and that we were coordinating the sale and purchase at the same time.
