Andrew was wonderful ! 100 / 100

I couldn’t possibly recommend Andrew and Olivier with more enthusiasm. Andrew was wonderful and continues to be well past our closing date. He looked out for us every step of the way, giving us much needed confidence in making our first condo purchase. He was available day and night and at the drop of a hat, he paid careful attention to the details of documents making sure we were aware of anything and everything. Andrew guided us through mortgage questions, had patience when we made silly mistakes, connected us to professional notaries, inspectors, and even house painters. Even today, 2 months after we moved in, Andrew sent me a reminder to check on a pipe that the inspector had warned we should keep an eye on in the winter. If that isn’t service and personal care I don’t know what is! We will most certainly stick with Andrew and team in the years to come for both selling and buying. We love our condo and our new neighborhood and I can say for certain we wouldn’t have landed here without his guidance. 100/100
